It has come to the attention of Humble Care executive leadership that unauthorized individuals may attempt to impersonate organization representatives and demand processing "fees" or "registration charges" from vulnerable beneficiaries. Humble Care strictly reiterates the following foundational operating principles: 1. ALL Application Forms are 100% FREE: We do not charge a single franc for downloading, filling, or submitting an application for any program. 2. Selection is Strictly Based on Merit & Need: No intermediary, quarter head, or liaison officer can guarantee an award in exchange for money or favors. 3. Direct Handover: Equipment kits and educational scholarships are presented transparently in open community ceremonies with official receipts.
